


Tree Trunked
Developed during his stint at Glenbrook South High school Zach created two one day lifts to perform as a Friday workout for the football team. One was an upper body only lift and one was a lower body only lift. Through a caffeine fueled programming day, Zach came up with Tree Trunked. Although this program never got to see the inside of the weight room the thought process behind the lift was “How much ‘punishment’ could an athlete take in the weight room without running them into the ground?” Tree Trunked is an all out BASHING of the lower body. This is if you want a leg or glute pump to last for hours. Incorporating the most grueling double and single leg exercises all wrapped up into one workout, the goal of this program to completely decimate your legs in the most hypertrophic way possible.
This lift is great for males who are looking to strengthen their legs and ideal for females looking to add size and shape their legs.
