This singled phased program is designed to combine athleticism with strength and size, becoming the ultimate predator. Top of the food chain, eat and attack everything in sight. The Predator hopes to achieve the utmost athletic ability out of anyone who participates in it. We expect the highest level of commitment and performance to this program to give it the justice it deserves. This program is ideally done with some extra equipment such as resistance bands and some open space to perform the speed workouts. Three days a week, ideally done with one day rest in-between each scheduled day. This is considered an intermediate to advanced phase so please consider athletic skill level first before purchasing.
