National Guard
The National Guard Program. 2 days a week. No fancy name here, no special remedy and no promises. This workout is inspired by what I think a hardened serviceman has gone through and what they need to stay in shape while on service. This 4 week block is designed to be grueling but also beneficial for the serviceman. Think of it like a way to stay in shape between assignments or downtime.
This workout includes sprints, plyometrics and exercises requiring a weight room or access to a rack any dumbbells. There might be some sprint and plyometric drills that will require equipment. If you do not have access to such equipment modify in whatever way you see fit.
This is not intended to be prep for boot camp but rather for the serviceman to stay in shape while in the service.
