The Army Program. 2 days a week. No fancy name here, no special remedy and no promises. This workout is a 2 day a week plan that is meant to toughen up the body for rigorous work in a safe manner. This is not intended to be a prep for boot camp but rather a maintenance program to stay in shape in between assignments or stagnant periods.
The speed portion of the workout is meant to last 30 minutes with the lift being 30-40 minutes if done in a efficient manner. Please pay attention to descriptions of the workouts as there are coaching cues in there to help you perform the lifts or drills.
This workout is a way for a soldier to stay in shape and mimic tough work on the body without the expansive and aggressive nature that boot camp is. Please be mindful of your limits as we do not want to injure anything.
